The LONI Pipeline The LONI Pipeline is a free workflow application primarily aimed at Neuroimaging Researchers. With the LONI Pipeline users can create workflows that take advantage of all the greatest Neuroimaging tools available, quickly.
Pipeline version 4.1 Alpha release is now available for internal LONI users. Please contact the Pipeline team if you are interested in testing the new version. See release notes for a list of new features and bug fixes. Public Beta release will be availble in the near future.
Pipeline version 4.0.5 is now available for download. There are some bug fixes in it as well as an update to the IDA library, which will allow the Pipeline to use the new IDA satellite server for data downloads. For a more detailed list of the changes, please see the release notes.
The problems that had plagued our cluster throughout the weekend and today have finally been resolved. The Pipeline server is running on our Linux cluster minus 30 compute nodes, which we will bring online as quickly as we can throughout the week.
