Commenting/Ranking Existent iTools Resources

We provide a resource ranking/commenting mechanism, which allows any user to provide feedback to other users or the resource developers. You can provide (or read others') qualitative feedback regarding your experience with a resource and rank a resource. This feature is available via a right-click and selection of "Comments" on any specific iTools resource. Follow the instructions of the pop-up dialog boxes.
