Resource Integration via the Pipeline

Having identified both the software tools we intend to use and obtained the desired data using iTools, we can generate the graphical atlas construction protocol using the Pipeline environment. This involves building a Pipeline module for the data collection and each of the software tools for analysis and preprocessing (if one does not already exist in the Pipeline Library).
