Integration Videos: iTools Integration with LONI Image Data Archive and LONI Pipeline Software

Overview
This demonstration illustrates a specific hands-on example of the integration of the iTools resource management infrastructure and the Pipeline graphical workflow interoperability envornment. Specifically, we show a pracitcal example of traversing, discovering, and comparing software tools within iTools, and their intergration within the Pipeline environment. We use a common brain imaging analysis protocol to depict this interoperability between iTools and the Pipeline- management, visualization, skull stripping, tissue classification, registration, and atlas construction from raw MRI data.
