BrainGraph is a flexible, extensible, graph-based data model that integrates, organizes and directly accesses numerous types of data. It allows simultaneous storage of multiple labeling schemes and study-specific graph traversal schemes. Each node (structure) and edge (relationship) has a number of predefined, or user-specifiable, descriptive categories permitting the user to navigate through their data in a variety of ways. The researcher also can add their own links to information in the form of URLs. Additionally, they can add connections to other web-based databases or add links to image data. Each node in the BrainGraph is in turn linked to other sources of text-based information. Download
