CCB All Hands and Software Demonstration Meeting 2007

Outline

The 2007 CCB AHM and Software Demos will bring together all CCB principals, researchers, trainees, students and personnel to demonstrate our progress and discuss the remaining challenges related to software tools and resource development within the Center. All CCB personnel are invited and expected to attend this important day-long event. Below you will find out the details about the meeting.

Logistics

Format & Style

  • Emphasis is on CCB Tools, Software, Products and distributable Resources
  • All personal or group tools, software, resources and projects must be presented in < 20 minutes
  • All presentations should emphasize the SW tool aspect only, and provide paper citations for the modeling/science behind the tool implementation
  • All tools should be demoed on real neuroscience data (raw or derived) -- no phantoms/mock-ups
  • All tools should explicitly state the driving-neurobiological problem addressed
  • Only interactive demonstrations should be presented, no PPT slide presentations. Occasional slides with publication references, data summaries and results may be appropriate
  • See the CCB Roadmap and Challenges
  • Try to invoke your tool demo from with the Pipeline
